Indians have dominated the eastern hemisphere in the past week with Zarvan Tumboli and Manoj Pentakota both winning events at the ongoing APT Macau 2017. Tumboli shipped the Opening Event HK$300K Guaranteed for HK$74,300 while Pentakota claimed his first international title winning the Head Hunter Event for HK$47,000.
In the side events, Alok Birewar and Pavan Ashokkumar Gundesha cashed HK$27,400 and HK$19,000 respectively and Nishant Sharma finished ninth in another side event bagging HK$20,800.
Nishant Sharma, Jaydeep Dawer and Zarvan Tumboli made it in the money in the APT Macau Main Event. Dawer earned HK$53,100 for his 10th place finish, Tumboli cashed HK$50,000 in 12th place while Sharma min cashed HK$37,700 for his 18th place finish.
Shravan Chhabria was the lone Indian left in the Final Table of the Main Event. He made an impressive 3rd place finish earning HK$211,000 for his efforts. His superb finish boiled down to the experience he gained while playing poker.
