Enthusiasts of poker will be delighted to know that the poker community is doing its utmost to assist the victims of the recent earthquake in Mexico.
Last week, a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck just outside of Mexico City, causing immense damage in the area and killing upwards of 250 people while trapping and injuring many more. Among those who have answered the call for help were many professional poker players, including Mexican residents JC Alvarado and Angel Guillen.
The duo have been providing supplies to those affected by the tremor and have also reached out to other members of the poker community to raise more funds for items like stoves, lamps and more.
